Keep Your Eyes on November 3!

Join the November 3rd Event Page!

Just like every first Wednesday of the month is burned into our calendar like an urban cattle brand, I hope everyone is considering making plans for every first Saturday of the month. Watch this space for breaking news on the latest additions and changes. LOTS OF CHANGES AND ADDITIONS COMING!

But for now, lets recap what happened in our very first Community First Saturdays last weekend in a few pictures:

Kids lined up to take part in JaxParksArt in the Park!

Mayor Alvin Brown takes a moment on his busy day to support Community First Saturdays, Filipino Pride, and Black Expo!

Our title Sponsor, Community First Credit Union brought out a new fangled hot rod (fuel efficient, I might add) to promote their always successful car sale.

The Jax Truckies were out in force as they began preparations for a busy day on the Riverwalk.

It was also World Wide Day of Play! Jax Parks gave out a ton of tshirts until they were all gone!

The Marine Corps Half Marathon ran through our event making the morning very busy! Congrats to all the runners!

Ready2Ride Bike Tours had an awesome time on their tour of Riverside Avondale, including many stops to learn about Art in Public Places!

Don’t worry if you missed it. Because of Community First Credit Union and our other generous sponsors, we’ll be doing this through 2015!
